Student Learning Outcomes
1. Students will develop their unique philosophy as an educator by exploring their “Why."
2. Students will be prepared to take a leadership position in their school's Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports program.
3. Students will develop a plan to motivate the students in their classes to have a good attitude.
4. Students will develop leadership skills needed for administration (e.g. department head).
