The certificate in geography develops analytical knowledge related to the interaction between humans and earth in terms of culture, religion, economics, agriculture, and population change.  Students who pair the certificate in geography to a complementary major will have a skillset that prepares them for a range of careers in civil service, education, non-profit, and private spheres.
